Karen Eberhart is the Founder and Broker-Owner of Crossroads Lending Group, a mortgage brokerage she built with a clear vision—one rooted in trust, transparency, and a commitment to making the lending process easier to understand. She believes her role is to guide people home, and that every borrower deserves clear communication, thoughtful advice, and a lending partner who understands your goals.

With more than two decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries, Karen brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of the lending process. Over the course of nearly 20 years with a highly successful mortgage organization, she advanced through key leadership roles including Operations Manager, Underwriting Manager, Area Manager, and Sales Manager overseeing all of Southern California. This experience allowed her to build, lead, and manage high-performing teams while gaining expertise in every stage of the loan—from structuring and underwriting to execution and delivery.

Karen is also dual licensed as both a mortgage professional and real estate agent, giving her a unique perspective on both sides of the transaction. This dual expertise allows her to anticipate challenges, solve problems early, and guide clients through the loan process with clarity, confidence, and control.

Since 2009, Karen has built both her life and career in North Texas and has developed a deep appreciation for the growth and opportunity within the Dallas–Fort Worth market. She understands the needs of both clients relocating to the area and those who have long called it home.

Through Crossroads Lending Group, Karen works with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, real estate investors, and those purchasing higher-end properties. Regardless of the loan size or complexity, her approach remains the same—provide clarity, simplify the process, and ensure every client feels informed, confident, and supported.
